1. Definitions

• Each deposit must meet a 1x turnover requirement before a withdrawal can be made.

5. Betting & Bonuses

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
• If an error or system malfunction occurs, affected bets may be voided.
• Bonuses will be credited to your account, and you are responsible for complying with applicable tax obligations under Malaysian law.

• If an account provides false information, has multiple registrations, or is linked to a restricted jurisdiction, BIGO8 may close the account without prior notice.

• In compliance with Malaysian law, your information may be shared with payment providers or relevant authorities.

12. Bonus Abuse & Irregular Play

BIGO8 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, fraud, or irregular gaming behavior, including but not limited to:

• Placing bets that minimize risk (e.g., betting on both outcomes of a game).
• Using bonus rewards to advance the game and then switching to cash bets.
• Exploiting system loopholes or errors.
• BIGO8 reserves the right to deny bonuses, revoke winnings, and freeze accounts involved in such activities.

13. Account Withdrawals

• Bonuses will be credited to your account, and withdrawals require compliance with these Terms & Conditions and valid identification proof (such as a copy of your ID or credit/debit card).
• If your deposit has not been fully wagered, the funds cannot be withdrawn.
• If your betting transactions incur bank fees for BIGO8, you must cover these costs, and BIGO8 reserves the right to deduct the amount from your winnings or account balance.
• Each deposit must meet a 1x turnover requirement before a withdrawal can be made.
• Regular deposits (not tied to any promotions) must meet a 1x turnover requirement, and each withdrawal must be at least MYR 100.

Withdrawal Limits

• The daily withdrawal limit for all BIGO8 members is MYR 10,000, with a maximum of 10 withdrawal requests per day.
• Large withdrawal amounts may lead to extended transaction review times, potentially delaying withdrawals. Members are advised to request withdrawals in smaller amounts to ensure faster processing.
• Withdrawal limits and request frequencies may vary based on membership levels.

14. Liability Disclaimer

• You agree to indemnify BIGO8 and its affiliates for any losses, claims, or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms & Conditions.

15. Disclaimer

• BIGO8 services are provided "as is" without express or implied warranties.
• BIGO8 is not responsible for service interruptions, delays, or errors.
• If the results displayed on your device differ from BIGO8 server records, the server records shall prevail.

16. Account Termination, Closure, or Confiscation

BIGO8 reserves the right to terminate or temporarily close accounts for reasons including but not limited to:

• Holding multiple accounts.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Violating these Terms & Conditions.
• Engaging in fraud, collusion, or illegal activities.
• Accounts can only be reactivated once all issues are resolved to BIGO8’s satisfaction.

17. Account Restrictions

• One IP address, one member account, one valid phone number, and one registered payment account per user.
• Two accounts with the same ID/IP (including shared computers or mobile devices) are strictly prohibited.
